All of a sudden I see oil dripping from this spot. It looks like it is coming from between the propeller and the lower unit.

My 1999 250 EFI started to stall when throttling up. So I started my troubleshooting. When I got down to the fuel line I started to blow compressed air through it and it wouldn't go easily. I eventually got to a hard part of the hose and opened it up.
