    lower unit installation

    I just replaced the lower unit on my 1985 merc 115 hp in line 6. I started it up with muffs on it and the water pump is pumping good but it feel like I have foward or reverse. The prop is turning, but when it is in neutral the prop will only turn foward. Shouldn't it turn freely in both directions?
