    Vmax225 2001 stalls at top or close to top RPM

    Motor will start and run at low to upper RPM at no issue. When I hit close to top speed The motor shuts off. no sputtering just quits. The battery is new. Any thoughts.

    2001 Yamaha VMax 3.1 power loss

    I have lost power and not sure where to start.
