I have a 1989 Ranger bass boat with a 150 yamaha that has twin steering cables. The outer cable (not the one through the tilt tube) has frozen and i simply disconnected it at the motor. One cable seems to do OK, but i am going to replace the other cable. My question is How? A replacement...
