Engine popping back through carb at 3500 rpm to 5500 rpm. Runs fine on water muffs on land. Already changed plugs,wires,distributor,timming and belt done. Interrupt, tach and overstroke eliminated. Also coil replaced. Anyone have any thoughts. Was thinking of retarding cam. May not be getting...
