    No warning buzzer

    The warning buzzer does not sound when the key is in the run position. It sounds only for a short time when the engine is turning over. 2001 5.7 lt ol654116.

    Do I need a special tool for this

    I am replacing my shift cable and bellow. I cut the old one out so I could put a socket on it. Now I need to know how to Retighten the new cable.     MerCruser selants

    I have installed new bearing and retainer ring in my out drive(OL850536). In the shop manual it call for 2-4-C Marine lubricant with Teflon, to be placed in the Oil Seal. Is this necassary or will any good quality lubricant with Teflon work.

    Alph1 gen2 gimble bearing is tapping

    I have burned up 2 gimbal bearings one with less than 1 hr. on hose in the yard. This last one started out as a slight clicking noise from gimbal area then became a knocking sound the longer I ran it approx. 3-5 min. I have used an alignment tool which slid in and out with ease.     2007 70hp Yamaha idles rough and has no power

    Raw water pump
