Planning to buy a 21ft Seaswirl Striper but the seller can't tell the model year of this boat. The HIN is not clear stamped on the stern starboard side, read "BRCE 106C8292" or BRCE 106C B292 Kindly advise when is this unit manufacture base on this HIN?
