    I pulled the thing 20 times it wont go. I used some starter fluid (i know i'm not supposed to) it fired up first pull. Stays running, runs good when I can get it started. Except when I open it up full throttle it will stall. Then when I turn the motor off for more then 5mins or so, it will not...

    the plate on the are A115300. I am guessing between 86-90. If someone knows for sure let me know. The plate also says product of mexico
