Gotcha. I have another thread about the 195 vs the 205 so I got confused. I am going to look at the 205 this weekend and will be able to compare with the 195. Both are around $15k and have low hours and have been well cared for.
Thanks for all the replies. I am leaning toward the 195 with the 5.0 engine. It is also a 2009
Vs the 205 is a 2007. I like the color and interior on the 195 better.
Looking at used sea ray boats. Narrowed search down to 2 boats. One is a 2009 195 with a 5.0 TKS. The other is a 2007 with a 4.3 MPI. they are otherwise similarly equipped.
I understand the 205 is one foot longer and 6 inches wider. I like the color of the 195 better and it is 2 years newer...
how will the 5.0 perform in the sea ray 195. It is 20’ long and weighs around 2800 lbs I believe. Do you have to change the intake if you change the carb?
I am looking at a 2009 Sea Ray 195 sport that has the 5.0 tks engine. This is a carbureted engine, correct? Many of the other used boats in this price range have the 4.3 MPI rated at the same HP.
Any concerns with a carbureted engine on this model? Should I opt for a fuel injected engine?
I am looking at a 2009 195 sport. It has the 5.0 engine and wakeboard tower. I have never owned a Bowrider boat before. The boat has low hours at 195.
anything I should look out for with this model? Have also looked at the Tahoe q6 which is in the same price range.
looking to spend around $15k
I am in the market to purchase a used boat. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids ages 12 and 15. We live in southeast Texas and have ready access to freshwater rivers and lakes. I have owned a small center console in the past. Used for fishing local saltwater lakes.
I am looking for something to...
