I recently bought a used honda 90hp 4 stroke. It only had 40 hours on it. It now has 63. Sometimes, not always, the engine will only get up to 2000 rpm before stumbling. I can run it that way and it seems ok (except for the lack of rpm). I pull the throttle back and it idles fine. If I turn it...

does anyone have a trim/tilt pump that they would like to sell. i tried to rebuild mine with new o-rings and used 30wt oil and it still bleeds down. i give up.
I've rebuilt the pump unit. It works, but still wants to bleed down about 1/2 way. I've replaced the o-rings. The bore was not scored. It works fine to go up and down. Do I need to cycle it thru a few times as i've cycled it about 6x.
I used 30wt motor oil. It is a 1989 125hp.
HELP!!!
