    I have a 1976 evinrude 35. It has a 10x13 prop on it now. If I switch to a 10x14, will I gain speed but lose out of the hole?

    prop slipping?

    Hey y'all. I have. 1976 Evinrude 35 hp tiller handle. The motor runs fine at 3/4 throttle, but when I go full throttle it feels like the prop isn't in the water and the boat comes to an abrupt stop and veers hard to the left. Any ideas? Thanks!
