    Have you checked to verify that's it's running on both cylinders?

    My RX10 has fresh rings. and seals. and carb rebuilt, and blah, blah, blah. It can not get to full RPMs. I've tried adjustment to the slow and main needles. I also tinkered with the linkage between the carb and timing advance. Slow speed runs great. Any ideas?

    Need help evaluating rotating assembly; 1956 Wizard

    I'm not familiar with 2 strokes. The rod bearings seem to have excess play and I believe the crank has been balanced. There is also ample brown goo that stuck the rings to the pistons. Please have a look at the video and give your opinion. Thanks...
