My 1996 C40PLRU Yamaha all of a sudden would not crank. Monments earlier it cranked and started perfectly. I had to pull start it, which was no problem. Is there a switch in the motor or in the console mounted controler that can prevent cranking? Can anyone describe where this switch is and...
After trying in vain to repair my 1996 40 hp Yamaha outboard power tilt, I am now considering converting it to a manual tilt. Does anyone know how this can be done? Thnaks for any info.
