    '83 Suzuki, still a mystery....but, $357 for a CDI ? You've got to be kidding ..

    Anyone know the best place to purchase an aftermarket CDI for a '83 Suzuki DT25? Or know someone who might have one for sale? I've tried everything else & I've recently been quoted $357 for an OEM CDI. This seems a bit excessive.<br /><br />Thanks, <br /><br />r -

    ok, I couldn't get this motor to run at all. Now it'll start if I pull start it, but won't if I try to start it using the electric start. I checked the voltage drop on the battery as the starter is running & it drops from 12.45v to 11.55v. again, if I pull it it starts like a champ. As...

    This motor ran fine one weekend & not at all the next. I have bought new plugs, gapped them accordinly, Changed the fuel lines & installed a new in-line filter between the pump & carb. I've pulled the carb & cleaned the bowl & needle. The plugs seem to be sparking strong. I don't quite know...
