I recently purchased a Triton TR186 and it has a merc 150 on the back and the hood does not fit on it. The hood is labeled xr6 but the part numbers dont match up for a xr6. Could anyone tell me what motor came on these boats in 2003. Thank in advance for your help!
I just bought a boat with a Merc 150 XR6 and the Cowl cover latch does not latch onto the motor. I know it is probably something simple but i cant for the life of me figure out why it will not latch! Thanks in advance for any help
