Force 120- Year dilemna

Re: Force 120- Year dilemna Here are some pictures . The top carb # 589061-3 Bottome carb #664061-2 On top of the fly wheel it says "Prestolite Electronics Division" I appreciate any help for trying to figure out what year this motor is.

I have Force 120 but no serial number. Is there any way to determine the year without a serial number?
