i have a 2003 4.3 v6 volvo penta i drove around the lake stopped to put a skier in the water and it won't start i found that the cylinders filled up with water. i had the intake and exhaust manifolds tested and they were fine my boat does not have a flapper valve so im at a lost any help would...
