I have a new to me 2004 Volvo GXi-E 5.0. Last few times out I experienced some surging of RPMs when in the 3000-3500 range. It will drop from 3500 to 3000 for a few seconds then pick back up to 3500.
Well I thought it might be fuel related so I took off the Fuel Cell and took the pumps off...
