My 78 70hp johnson always starts fairly easily and runs well, for the first 15 minutes. Then it slowly gets slower until all it will do is go in gear. Once you give it abit of gas it will stall. Have taken it in for tune ups and was told its fine after they run it for 5 mins. Any help is...
