    Update Pulled the outdrive. 1) bellow is shot 2) gimbal bearing is rusted 3) no splines left in the coupler 4) there wasn't a gasket between the drive and housing. 😲 See attached photos below Does anyone know if you have to pull the motor to replace the coupler? Any advice, tips or...

    That sounds is horrible but sounds external to me. Was that in gear at idle? Sounds like a U-joint or something in the input shaft.
