I've got two built in fuel tanks, 56 and 93 gallons that are about half full. The gas is old and very yellow and I need to pump it out. Does anyone have an efficient and easy way to pump this old gas out?

I've got an 1999 225 Optimax that idles fine and runs great 90% of the time but occasionally while running it will cut out like it is running out of fuel. I'll back it down to an idle and it runs fine. After a minute I'll put it back on a plane and it will run great for about 4 or 5 minutes...
