    Suzuki Outboard Loose Steering- help!

    I have a 9.9 horse Suzuki outboard. It's manual steering- no steering wheel. When I swivel it to steer, it's kind of loose. I'd like to tighten it up, but I don't see any way to adjust it. Can anyone offer some help? Thanks!!
