i have a 15 hp evinrude e15ret that wont pee water when sitting in a tub running, but when i put the muffs on it water comes out great what is making a difference?
i have a 15hp evinrude and when you pump primer bulb fuel spills out of fitting at outboard, put a new fitting on line and same results, i guess it has to be the fitting on outboard what do i need to do to fix and how much trouble will it be
