under a load it only gives me 3900 rpms. I have replaced fuel pumps, checked and replaced gas lines, fuel filters, cleaned carberators, tried running on a seperate gas tank. Anyone have any ideas of what to check next. It cranks and idles great, only problem is doesnt give high end rpms
