    BF75L Engine (kill) Switch

    Sears 7 HP serial/model/chassis number?

    Can some tell me where I would find the serial/model/chassis number for my old 7HP Sears outboard? I'd like to do some work on it, but I need drawings and parts lists to order new parts. Thanks

    The Basics please....

    I have a 7 HP "SEARS" Solid State Ignition outboard. I have been able to infer from reading other posts that the engine is a Tecumseh; tag #'s are T-639-10A and 6319900. She starts and runs great...up to about 50% throttle....above 50% throttle, she bogs down and wants to stall. The "basics"...
