2000 Merc Tracker 125 2 stroke wont idle unless I continuously depress the choke on the start key. Just removed all 4 carbs, disassembled and cleaned. Reinstalled and runs a little better but still wont idle, also tends to bog down when going to full power. Could it be fuel pump? Any ideas...
