    I have a 1995 15 hp mercury ser# OG204092 with a magneto for running nav lights ect. can I use it to charge my battery?If so do I use a isolator or some sort of regulator?Also is their a online manual available for this outboard.

    What's the trick to getting the #4 sparkplug out of my 1985 mercruiser 190?After soaking them for a week I got the #3 out but you can"t get the flex socket on #4 because of the expansion tank on the intake.I put the plug socket on and put a wrench on that but it's a weird angle I'm afraid of...

    points wear out 2.3L omc

    Just bought a boat and the old owner tells me the points wear out after 10-15 hrs .
