    Rule bilge wiring

    Hey all, I have a Rule pump with 3 wires, black - neg, brown - pos and brown with white stripe - man/pos. I want to hook this up to a on/off toggle switch. I'll run the black to my buss bar on the fuse panel. Can I ignore one of the brown wires and just run the other brown to the switch ? Thanks
