    what year motor do i have? please help

    here are the only numbers i can find on it ,it is a 115 merc 6cyl,xx971-8435 on the block under the carbs, 2115-8706 and 8527738 on the right side of the block

    i have a 115 hp merc 6 cyl, these are the only numbers i can find on it, xx971-8435 located on the frontunder the carbs,2115-8706 and 852-7738 located on side of block. thanks for your help.

    gas driping out of carbs

    i have gas driping from the carbs if i idle to long,enough to drop a drip in the water now and then. also when i tilt the motor up also drips out of the carbs but not all the time.
