    Mercruiser 470 sterndrive No Reverse

    I hit a log and ruined the outdrive.Found a used replacement. Installed it on the boat but it will only go into forward or neutral, but not reverse.Contacted person I bought it from and was assured that it was in good working order on his older boat.Any help would be appreciated.

    Electronic ignition for a 1975 Johnson 15 Hp.?

    Have a 1975 Johnson 15 Hp. which does not idle well. I believe it is a stator problem, and the point gap is fluctuating due a worn stator.Does anyone know if they make an after market Electronic Ignition and if so where would you be able to find one? Thanks:

    Mercury 4.5 fuel pump

    Looking to find somewhere to purchase a fuel pump and carburetor kit for a 4.5 merc. serial #7128988. Any help would be appreciated
