    regular maintenance? & the "Dol Phin " for trim

    Any suggestions or secrets to maintaining a healthy out board for a long life and few repairs? I have an "89"-"90" 85 HP Force. I don't know much about outboards, their cooling, high octane gas usage?, high quality spark plugs?, oil/lubrication process etc... Any additives to suggest or avoid...

    ignition choke sticks

    Im wondering if anyone knows how I might remedy my sticking choke (ignition choke). I have an 85 HP Force. It trys to work but it only actually fully engages about 1 out of a hunderd times so I have to manually do it( take off the cover and have someone hold it down) while starting it. Any ideas...
