i just bought a 1998 misty harbor 24' pontoon with a 1997 force 120hp engine. the tilt/trim works, but it only raises the engine about half way, then stops. the electric motor and pump still spin, just will not go up any further. if i help it, it will raise but drops right back down the the half...
