    Trim has trouble moving up (very slow). Rams are good, can't find any leaks anywhere in the lines.     Removing hull residue

    I have acid washed my fiberglass Sunesta 232. Most of the algae and water stains have come off; however, there is a black residue on the port side that won't wash off. I tried muriatic and commercial hull cleaner and neither will remove it. Any tricks? Thanks
