Is there any major flaws in what I did to winterize my engine?

I ran the engine with stabilizer in the tank long enough to get it through the engine.
I ran it on muffs to flush it well.

I'm sure this is my first of many questionable posts. I haven't had a boat for about 10 years.
I know you won't be able to tell much. But, do any of you see and/or hear any red flags with this engine?
Its supposed to have a recent Rebuild. 1989 Force 85hp.
