To my surprise I found BLACK POWDER all over. I check the Flame Arrestor It also had this black Powder. I went ahead and clean the flame arrestor.

No one has been able to figure out motor noise.

When Boat is in the water and it hits 2,500rpm to 3,000 rpm the valves go crazy. Engine sounds like an old peculator.
When the boat is out of the water I can wind out (3,700rpm - plus) the engine and no valve noise...
