Need a little help. Did a tune up on my boat and now it won't run. Cap, rotor, plugs and wires. Have no spark coming out of the coil. Checked for 12 volts at positive side of coil good. While cranking with a test light on negative side it stays lit just goes a little dim. Is this a sign of a bad...
