Ok, here's the deal, I just "acquired" a 25hp Johnson Sea Horse, don't know what year, yet. I ran it and it had good water flow from the "**** tube" at idle and low rpm, but when it was opened up the flow decreased significantlly. At one point, at full throttle, I saw vapor coming from the tube...
