a couple of questions
1 can anyone id the year or year range of this power head?
2 will it bolt up to my 1989 motor leg?
3 shouldn't any 85 to 150 power head base gasket work on it, regardless of the million different serial numbers force uses?
I have an 85 HP force on a 1989 17 foot Bayliner Capri. I have the t/t off of the boat right now while I get the parts together to rebuild it. my question is can you use the boat with the t/t off? is there any way to lock the motor in the full down position?
Re: Whats your hull number?
My HIN number is ATL31974M733, sorry its hard to read. I bought the boat out of a farm field near Indianapolis. It's on a Holtzclaw trailer that is made in Indiana.
