    Broken hose barb

    Have a 1986 Yamaha 4 stroke. One of the little cooling hose fittings (brass) has two hose barbs and one of them broke off. I can pick up another part, but how is the fitting attached to the engine. Is it threaded? <br /><br />Thanks
