I have a 1995 Starcraft with 60 HP Mariner OB. The Quicksilver 3000 Classic Shifter button has stuck in the "pushed in" position and the electrical interlock for starting the engine will not allow cranking. The shifter moves to all postions. I cannot figure out how to remove the shifter arm...
