can anyone tell me how the shift interupt switch is supposed to be wired up. its an 86 225 evinrude. the switch was disconnected when i bought it so idk where the 3 wires are supposed to hook up. thanks

i got an 86 evinrude 225 and the pulse line going to the fuel pump dosent put out enough air to work the pump. one minute it will work the pump and the next it wont. can beat reeds cause this?
alright i got an 86 evinrude 225. motor was running like crap changed all fuel lines and so on.... fule pump was working fine. now its not pumping fuel. changed the pump still not pumping. ive got a very low amount of air coming from the pulse line. has a new fitting at the block. why is it low...
got a problem with motor loosing fuel when wide open. 86 evinrude 225. just really wanted to know what the brass fitting is on the block that connects the pulse line to the fuel pump. is this a check valve or something.
