    Stripped Thread - Drain Plug

    The thread on my Yamaha 4 hp 4 stroke [2008] outboard, into which the drain plug is screwed, appears to be stripped. How easy is it going to be to have it re-threaded? Also, thinking about costs, how long should it typically take an engineer to do the job? Thanks
