    1981 Evinrude 35 Hp Timing????

    How Can I Set Up The Timing, Need To Start With Basics, Will Not Run Above An Idle, Will Tach Up When I Open The Carb, But Stalls From Controls. Must Be Timing Advance. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
