i have a 1998 force 85 hp. i am having tilt and trim problems.i have no leaks but when i try to tilt up or trim down i just hear a clicking noise. i have replaced the relays with ones from a car and nothing changed. this has got me stopes out of the water . can someone help me ? also pics would...
