    oil filter

    Good Evening. I have a '89 Thompson Merc. 5.0L Alpha I. I went to the store to get an oil filter. However, the one on then engine currently is the 35-866340Q02 and the store only had the 35-866340Q03. Is there a difference? Did the numbers change? Thanks for your help. Ray
