    2005 15hp 2stroke bogs at max rpm

    motor cranks and runs great at top speed then it will start to bog down..then pick back up at top speed.. alread rebuilt carb and changed the plugs .. could it be my bulb?? it sounds like it is starving for gas.. fuel filter is clean diaframe on pump looks good.. what could it be???

    how to get more power out of my 15hp??

    i have a 2005 15hp mercury outboard.. how can i boost the hp??? can i do exhaust work??
