Does anyone know how to deactivate the spring mechanism on the 2.5 hp tiller arm? The friction bolt when tightened down all the way isn't strong enough to keep the arm from occasionally twisting back to the low speed postion. The only way avoid this is to firmly hold the tiller arm at all times...
