    I had my 72 Bomber crap out on me last month. Would run fast idle but that's it. Tried fresh gas with seafoam and it made no difference.     stubborn trim fill bolt

    I have an Evinrude '88 spl and I can't get the fill plug off the trim. I think the trim as some air in the line because it grumbles on occasion. Anyhow, it is a large flathead plug and with my biggest screwdriver it won't budge. Any suggestions?

    merc foot full of water

    I drained the foot on my merc 650. Well, I should say I drained the water out, there was no oil. I put oil in it and it didn't leak over night. I put it in the water and you could see it then. Its leaking out of the prop. Could I change the seal myself?
