I ended up going through all of my connections cleaning everything up, I also found what carburetor I have and I went through the manual so I could clean it out as much as possible. After that I was able to start it up this time I didn't give it any throttle before starting only once it started...
I have had this Bayliner Maxum for a couple years now and it's always had a problem when starting it cold but I could always get it going after a lot of cranking and throttle pumps. This year I haven't been able to get it going.

I am replacing my starter on my 4.3lx Mercruiser engine and the solenoid on the starter doesn't have two little posts like my old one did, does that matters? I was just going to put them purple and yellow wires on the same little post on the new starter.
