    Help !!! leaky carb, 1972 johnson 100 hp

    Ok I did a car kit and cleaned out the carbs, they were in fact prety clean, the motor starts better but I notice gas leaking out of the jets behind the choke valve. The gas is enough that it leaks forward into the motor houseing. I replaced the needle and seat. The old one didn't look that...

    I have a 1972 johnson 100 hp outboard (100esl72) motor with a carb leak in the bottom carb. Does this need acarb kit or just fuel level adj. If fuel adj level, where to I adjust this at?<br /><br />any help would be greatly appreciated<br /> :p :p :p :p
